Pricing for Estate Planning Services
Not many law firms will discuss fees upfront. We aim to break that trend and be fully transparent with our costs. Our services are priced based upon what type of plan we’re setting up and the complexity of your matter and wishes. Standard rates are listed below, but we do need to know exactly what we're setting up and how complicated your wishes are before we can give you a final quote.
Trust Based Plan

Powers of Attorney
Single / Married
- $500 / $600
Transfer of Primary Home to Trust, County Recording Fees, and mobile notarization of all documents around your schedule are all included.
Transfers of Secondary Properties to Trust charged at $300 per deed. This includes a limited title search, deed preparation, notarization, and County recording fees.
***Although most estates fall under our flat fee pricing above, complex wishes, specialized clauses, or unique situations may incur additional fees***
